Data collected

We only collect the data you send us voluntarily through the contact form:

  • your name;
  • your email;
  • your phone number (optional);
  • the content of your message.

No browsing data is used for advertising purposes. The site does not use tracking cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to handle your request (booking, enquiry, event organisation) and to get back to you. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.

Form and hosting

The contact form is handled by the Web3Forms service. When you submit it, your information passes through Web3Forms' servers and is then sent to us by email. It is not stored long-term by this service. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived or deleted, within a maximum period of three years from the last contact, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority).

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us on 06 98 53 10 45 or at espagnette82@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Third-party services

The site embeds a Google Maps map (contact page) and displays Google reviews. These services are provided by Google and subject to its own privacy policy. Links to our social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) are also present.
